The staff was super responsive.
The room smelled musty, reminiscent of past smoking. Check-in was a hassle due to multiple charge errors. I was also disappointed by the quality of the food provided.

It was stunningly beautiful hotel and we had a relaxing stay. The amazingly nice and accommodating staff gave us a nice welcome. The room turned out to be tastefully decorated and reasonably large with books and a king bed, as for instance...

Family visits, just don't expect much
The indoor pool was heated and fantastic, the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day. The front desk lady was kind, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciate that kind of service, makes you feel human just for a moment.
It wasn't exactly cheap, though it was somewhat acceptable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed our time here with friendly staff and daily room restocking. While the pool provided a nice way to unwind, breakfast could use more variety. Make sure to ask for your water early as the breakfast area has limited hours. Bring your own snacks to enhance your stay!

The staff seemed to think closing off the breakfast area was a good idea, very odd. We had to hunt for water in the hallway like we were in a desert, and don't even get me started on the broken door lock-such a hassle! I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.
